We refer to the earlier announcements dated 9 September 2021, 24 September 2021, 28 September 2021, 5 October 2021, 14 October 2021 and 15 October 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Private Placement has lapsed on 26 March 2022. The Company does not intend to seek for any further extension of time for the implementation of the Private Placement.
