The Board of Directors of Kanger wishes to announce that its wholly-owned direct subsidiary, namely Kanger Investment (HK) Limited, had on 28 March 2022 entered into a share sale agreement ("SSA") with Zeng QinHui for the proposed disposal of the 100% equity interest in Ganzhou Kanger Industrial Co. Ltd. for a disposal consideration of RMB30,220,610 (equivalent to RM20,000,000) to be wholly satisfied in cash, on the terms and conditions contained in the SSA ("Proposed Disposal"). Further details on the Proposed Disposal are set out in the attachment enclosed. This announcement is dated 28 March 2022. |
