All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Cengild Medical Berhad dated 30 March 2022.

Applications for the IPO Shares under the Retail Offering will open at 10:00 a.m. on 30 March 2022 and will remain open until 5:00 p.m. 5 April 2022. The Institutional Offering will open on 30 March 2022 and will close on 5 April 2022. 

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make relevant announcement through Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
