On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on even date submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 5 May 2022 up to 4 November 2022 for the Company to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants.
