The Board of Directors of Pharmaniaga Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Pharmaniaga Manufacturing Berhad (“PMB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 30 March 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Prime Medical Store L.L.C to establish a basis of co-operation and collaboration between the parties in relation to the commercialization of PMB’s product in UAE.
