(a) No comparative figures for the preceding year corresponding quarter and preceding year corresponding period are available as this is the second interim report announced by Aurelius Technologies Berhad ("Company") in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
(b) Basic earnings per share ("EPS") is calculated based on profit attributable to owners of the Company divided by the number of ordinary shares capital of 358,180,000 as disclosed in B13 of the attached interim financial statements.
(c) Net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent ("NA") as at end of current quarter was computed based on total equity divided by the number of ordinary shares outstanding of 358,180,000 shares. NA as at preceding financial year end was computed based on total equity divided by the number of ordinary shares outstanding (prior to the completion of the Pre-IPO Exercise as disclosed in the Prospectus of the Company dated 29 November 2021) of 32,869,879 shares. |
