The Board of Directors of Pintaras Jaya Berhad ("PJB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 31 March 2022, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401011012 (296691-X)] for the proposed disposal of a piece of freehold industrial land held under H.S.(D) 139744, PT 69171, Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor for a total cash consideration of RM25.282 million ("Proposed Disposal").
