Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 8 April 2021, 6 July 2021, 5 October 2021 and 3 January 2022 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") made between its wholly-owned subsidiary, AIMFLEX Systems Sdn. Bhd. with G2 Energy Technology Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Exis Group Sdn. Bhd.) for the purpose of collaborating on the development and transfer of technology in the oil and gas (“O&G”), energy and related industries.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU will expire on 07 April 2022 and the Company does not intend to extend the MOU. The termination of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact to the Company and its subsidiaries.
