The Board of Directors of ACO Group Berhad (“ACO”) wishes to inform that the sponsorship of ACO had been transferred from AIBB to AIS with effect from 1 April 2022.

AIBB had on 2 December 2021 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with Phillip Futures Sdn Bhd. In connection thereto, AIBB had also on 2 December 2021 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with AIS for the transfer of AIBB’s corporate finance, equity capital markets and debt capital markets business (excluding all non-Shariah compliant mandates) to AIS. Following the completion of the aforementioned transactions, the sponsorship of ACO is transferred to AIS, and AIS is the replacement Sponsor of ACO with effect from 1 April 2022.
