We refer to the Company’s First Announcement dated 18 November 2021 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note (“PN17”).
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition and the Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) in regard to the development on the above matter. The Company has approximately eight (8) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
The Board is taking the necessary steps to formulate a regularisation plan and will make the necessary announcements on the regularisation plan in due course.
