We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 25 February 2022, 4, 16 and 18 March 2022 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 4 April 2022 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Placement Shares comprising 10,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.0767 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.0767 represents a discount of 9.98% to the five (5)-day VWAMP of the Shares up to and including 1 April 2022 of RM0.0852, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date.
