The Board of Directors wishes to inform that solicitors for the Plaintiff and Defendant in the suit have attended case management on 21 March 2022 and 4 April 2022. The Court has directed for the Defendant to file their formal leave application for the filing of the Defendant’s Rejoinder on or before 20 April 2022. The Court has fixed the next case management date on 20 April 2022.
