Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company will be seeking the approval of its shareholders for a proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase up to 10% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

A Statement to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Shares will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 in due course.
