The Board of Directors of Pintaras Jaya Berhad ("PJB") wishes to announce that PJB's wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, Pintary International Pte. Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pintary Foundations Pte. Ltd., has secured 3 new piling contracts worth approximately RM90 million (SGD29 million) in total. These projects have commencement dates in May 2022 with contract periods varying from 3 to 4 months.

These contracts are expected to contribute positively to PJB Group's FY2022 earnings.

None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Substantial Shareholders has any interest, direct or indirectly in the said contracts.
