We refer to the earlier announcements dated 6 October 2021, 11 October 2021 and 21 October 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH had on 4 April 2022 submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 19 October 2022 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
