Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 27 January 2022, 4 February 2022, 21 February 2022, 24 March 2022, 29 March 2022, 30 March 2022, 31 March 2022 and 4 April 2022.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 April 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 50,000,000 Placement Shares, being the sixth tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0573 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 19.97% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 4 April 2022 of RM0.0716, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
