Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of YBVB wishes to announce that as at 4 April 2022, the aggregate value of quoted securities acquired by Yi Lai Marketing Sdn Bhd and Yi-Lai Industry Berhad, the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, that has not been announced for the preceding twelve (12) months has exceeded 5% of YBVB’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2020. The details of the investment in the quoted securities are as follows:-
