The payment of the Final Single-Tier Dividend of 15.00 sen is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Remarks 2:

The payment of the Special Single-Tier Dividend of 5.00 sen is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
