The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 9 April 2021, 14 April 2021, 26 April 2021, 27 April 2021, 28 May 2021, 2 June 2021, 3 June 2021, 6 July 2021, 12 July 2021 and 13 July 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that the Board had on 6 April 2022 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.1881 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.1881 per Placement Share represents a discount of 10% to the 5-day VWAP of GFM Shares up to and including 5 April 2022, being the last traded day of GFM Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.2090 per GFM Share.
