Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MyTech wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by MyTech's wholly-owned subsidiary, GW Premium Capital Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2022.
