Remarks:-  The proposed final dividend of 2.0 sen per share is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Upon approval, total dividend declared in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 is 4.0 sen per share.
