The Board of Directors of Asdion (“Board”) wishes to announce that Asdion Digital Advance System Sdn Bhd (“Asdion Digital”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 12 April 2022 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Hill Esta International Limited (“Hill Esta”) (“the Party”) to dispose of its 0.24 ordinary share representing 24% of the equity interest in Maxillion Link Enterprises Limited (“Maxillion”) [“the Sale Share”] for a total consideration of USD1.00 (“the Disposal”).
