On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 25,000,000 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 14 April 2022, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
