REPLY TO THE QUERY LETTER FROM BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (REF:IQL-12042022-00001)

We refer to your Company's announcement dated 8 April 2022, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:-

1. Full details of the JVA entered into between Biotrend & the Landowners.

2. Development details of the Melaka Land (Project) pursuant to item (4), Part C of Appendix 10A of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

3. Further explanation on how the deposit sum of RM5.1 million come about and to indicate the payment date.

4. To provide the total project cost attributable to DPS and Biotrend.

5. To clarify further on who and what is the “Proprietor’s Entitlement”.

6. Basis on how to derive at the Landowner's Entitlement of 15%. In this regard, please clarify on whether it is supported by any independent market valuation conducted on the Melaka Land. If not, please provide the reason.

7. Given the minimal roles to be assumed by Biotrend in the JDA, please substantiate your justification on Biotrend’s Entitlement of 3% and the method and timing in which its entitlement will be settled.

8. Basis on how the highest percentage ratio calculation of 3.35% is calculated.
