The Board of Directors of Sarawak Cable Berhad ("SCB") wishes to announce that SCB has on 18 April 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with Hercules Engineering (Sea) Sdn. Bhd. ("Hercules") for cooperating and joint venturing with each other to revitalise the wholly owned subsidiary of SCB namely, Sarwaja Timur Sdn. Bhd. ("ST")'s business and to develop synergy between the SCB Group and the Hercules Group so as to bring ST to the next level of success for the mutual benefit of the SCB Group, ST and the Hercules Group.
