The MAYBANKC91 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MAYBANKC91 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The MAYBANKC91 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under MAYBANKC91 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
