FGV wishes to announce that PT Patisindo Sawit (PTPS), a subsidiary of FGV Johor Bulkers Sdn Bhd held through Felda Holdings Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of FGV, has appointed Tuan Zulkefle bin Musa of Jl. Mayor Memet Sastrawirya No. 8, Lawang Kidul Kota Palembang, Indonesia as the liquidator for the voluntary winding up of PTPS in accordance with the shareholders’ resolution on 10 February 2022.

The shareholders’ resolution was registered under the Minister of Law and Human Rights, Indonesia on 22 March 2022 and received by the Company on 20 April 2022.

PTPS was incorporated on 23 November 2004 with its total issued and paid-up share capital of Rp44,018,000,000. PTPS was involved in the storage and handling of vegetable oil particularly crude oils.

The members' voluntary winding-up of PTPS will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of FGV for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.

None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary winding-up of PTPS.
