The Board of Directors of Luxchem Corporation Berhad (“LCB” or “the Company”) wishes to voluntarily announce that Luxchem Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“LTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 20 April 2022, entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement to purchase the whole and entire building identified as Block N, Jaya One 72A, Jalan Prof Diraja Ungku Aziz, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a consideration of RM19,880,000.00.
