The Boards of Directors of KTB wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") of the Company:-

The Proposed Amendments are mainly for the following purposes: 

1) To ensure compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad; and

2) To provide clarity and consistency with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory provisions.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in Appendix A of the Notice of 18th AGM of the Company which will be announced and published on the Company's and Bursa Malaysia Berhad's website in due course.
