Remarks:- ICULS holders who wish to submit their ICULS Conversion Notice for conversion ICULS into Ordinary Shares to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor and Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 18 May 2022 will not be entitled to the coupon payment. The Notice to Holders of ICULS in relation to the Final Coupon Payment and Maturity of the ICULS will be advertised in the New Straits Time on Monday, 25 April 2022..
