The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 31 March 2021, 9 April 2021, 27 April 2021, 4 October 2021 and 25 October 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Private Placement will lapse on 26 April 2022. The Company does not intend to seek for any further extension of time for the implementation of the Private Placement.
