Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 December 2021 in relation to the proposed disposal by Asas Jiwa Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, of a two (2) pieces of freehold land held under Geran 33336, Lot 4802 and Geran 36805, Lot 4803, both in Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur to Calistoga Land Sdn. Bhd. for a total sale consideration of RM41,718,750.00 (“Proposed Disposal”).
The Board of the Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 8 December 2021.
