The Board of Directors of JISHAN wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for existing recurrent related party transactions and proposed new shareholders’ mandate for additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Mandates will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
