The Directors of Focus has approved the change of financial year end from 31 Dec 2021 to 30 June 2022 ("Change"). The COVID-19 pandemic is causing unexpected disruption in the workplace and due to shortage of manpower which has affected the timeline for preparation and audit of the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. The first set of accounts after the Change shall be for a period of 18 months from 1 Jan 2021 to 30 June 2022.
