Further to the announcements dated 11 April 2022, 12 April 2022, 18 April 2022 and 22 April 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to inform that the suspension of Mr. Wong Weng Yew ("Mr. Wong") from his employment with the Company has been further extended for a period of fourteen (14) days from 26 April 2022 since the external independent auditor has just commenced the investigation.

Further announcements shall be made in the event of material developments on this matter.
