We refer to UTDPLT's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 28 February 2022 and 5 April 2022 respectively pursuant to the special single-tier dividend of 20 sen per share for year ended 31 December 2021 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of UTDPLT-CB. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of UTDPLT-CB shall remain the same.
