The Board of Directors of Mobilia wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are made mainly to provide flexibility and enhance administrative efficiency.

Information pertaining to the Proposed Amendments will be disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 which will be announced and published on the Company's and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website in due course.
