Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 7 October 2021, 22 October 2021, 11 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 7 December 2021, 21 December 2021, 14 March 2022, 17 March 2022 and 4 April 2022.
The Liquidator wishes to update shareholders that, Raintree has filed a formal application on 15 April 2022 vide Motion 207, seeking among others, leave of the High Court to file further affidavits and further submissions under Motion 626. During the case management for Motion 207 today, counsels for the Liquidator and for Raintree updated the High Court regarding the progress for Motion 207.
Motion 207 is fixed for hearing on 23 May 2022 at 9a.m, by way of ZOOM.
