Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3.0 of the Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd (“RCSB”) to facilitate ordinary course of business of RCSB utilised as at 28 February 2022 is as shown below:-

The provision of financial assistance will not have any material impact on the net assets, earnings per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings in the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial period ended 28 February 2022.
