The Board of Directors of RGT Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 April 2022 entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Yew Chong Hooi in relation to the acquisition of the remaining 300,000 ordinary shares in RISB (Registration No. 202001012712 (1369032-M)), representing the remaining 30% equity interest in RISB, for a cash consideration of RM4.50 million.
