Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad ("HLFG" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 April 2022 established a new executive share scheme, comprising a new executive share option scheme and a new executive share grant scheme for the eligible executives and/or directors of HLFG and its subsidiaries ("Establishment of ESS 2022").
