Eversendai Corporation Berhad (the "Company") wishes to annouce that it intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Nineteenth (19th) Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be convened on 1 June 2022:-
A. PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS MANDATE FOR EXISTING RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE; AND B. PROPOSED AUTHORITY TO THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN SHARES.
