The Board of Directors of Reservoir Link Energy Bhd (“RLEB” or “The Company”) is pleased to announce that on 28 April 2022 RLEB has been successfully allotted 25,000,000 ordinary shares of Propel Global Berhad (“PGB”) at placement price of RM0.20 per share for an aggregate sum of RM5,000,000 (“Purchase Consideration”) in cash from (“PGB Share Subscription”).
