On behalf of the Board of Directors of CSCENIC, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 29 April 2022 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 1 November 2022 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement, subject to the condition that in the event the Private Placement is not completed before CSCENIC’s next Annual General Meeting, CSCENIC is required to furnish a certified true copy of the resolution passed by CSCENIC's shareholders for a general mandate under Sections 75 & 76 of the Companies Act, 2016 at CSCENIC's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
