We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 21 July 2021.
The Company wishes to announce that as of 29 April 2022, the Company had fully subscribed RM5.00 million Additional HSSB RCPS pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Second Supplementary HSSB RCPS Subscription Agreement dated 21 July 2021.
As such, the Proposed Subscription of Additional HSSB RCPS is completed on 29 April 2022.
