We refer to the Company’s First Announcement dated 24 December 2019, subsequent Monthly Announcements and other related announcements on the updates and developments pursuant to Rule 8.03A of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

The Board of Directors of MGRC wishes to inform that the Company had on 24 March 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking for approval to exempt MGRC from the requirement in submitting a Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities and for MGRC to be uplifted from its Affected Listed Corporation status pursuant to Rule 8.03A of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.

The status and/or outcome of the application made to Bursa Securities shall be announced in due course.
