Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in Tomei’s announcements dated 7 January 2021, 18 August 2021, 27 August 2021, 13 January 2022, 15 February 2022, 14 March 2022, 13 April 2022 and 21 April 2022.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Entitlement Date for the Restricted Offering to the Entitled Shareholders of Tomei has been fixed on 24 May 2022.

The Entitled Shareholders of Tomei are also reminded to ensure that their personal information in respect of their CDS accounts are up-to-date. This is important as the application form in relation to the entitlement to the Entitled Shareholders of Tomei and the Prospectus in CD-ROM format (contents of which will be in printable format) will be distributed to all Entitled Shareholders of Tomei. The printed copies of the Prospectus are available upon request and at no cost to the Entitled Shareholders of Tomei. Entitled Shareholders of Tomei will be given an option to have a printed Prospectus delivered to them, or to obtain the printed Prospectus from the designated locations to be disclosed in the Prospectus. In addition, the Prospectus can also be viewed or downloaded from Bursa Securities’ website from the first day of the issuance of the Prospectus.
