The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that JF TestSense Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of JF Tech had on 9 May 2022 entered into an Assets and Business Purchase Agreement with Ikeda Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd., Mr. See Hock Eng and Mr. Lim Chin Nyen for the proposed acquisition of the business and assets including all designs, products, intellectual property, know-how and technology owned by and used in connection with the business of Ikeda Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd.
