The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be notified later.
The existing authority for shareholders’ mandate obtained on 24 June 2021 for the Company and its subsidiary companies to enter into RRPTs based on the terms set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 25 May 2021, shall in accordance with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting, unless renewal is obtained from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting.
A Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate will be made available to the shareholders in due course.
