Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 30 March 2022 in relation to the resignation of Messrs PKF as the external auditors of the Company.  

The Board of Directors of Mlabs Systems Berhad ("Mlabs” or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 May 2022 appointed Messrs CAS Malaysia PLT as the new external auditors of the Company, having received their letter of consent to act dated 9 May 2022.
